TomTomJak

is an innovative children’s lifestyle brand that is made in Auckland, New Zealand.  It is a family run business who pride themselves on beautiful 100% cotton bed linen, and quality furniture built to last.

Named after her two young sons, owner Karina MacLeod launched the company when the boys were small, selling from her home in Mt Eden. Now, still in Mt Eden, the business operates from commercial space at 14 Normanby Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, NZ.

Each piece of furniture is made to order and painted on site at Karina’s father’s factory situated in the foothills of Auckland’s Waitakere ranges. The converted barn is not only home to the future beds and bunks of countless lucky children, but it also houses a hundred or so free-range chickens who are so much a part of the family, Karina's mum is affectionately known as Nanny Chicken Farmer, and when Nanny Chicken Farmer isn't putting the finishing touches on the furniture (or tending to the chickens), she can be found behind the counter at the TomTomJak showroom.
